*Strategic alliance CADEC S.A. / Taishi Consulting Partners S.A.

Taishi Consulting is a consulting firm that specializes in Organizational Coaching and Ontological Design.

Our most important areas of investigation and concerns are communication, task coordination, teamwork and leadership - all seen through an ontological perspective of the human being and the organization.

We believe that knowledge has nothing to do with gathering information, but rather with the ability to perform differently.

Our programs intend a compromise of formation and assistance, emphasizing the transfer of explored subjects of interest and enhancing results.

SOCIAL CONTEXT

The new Argentine "reality"…

Argentina's social map is now defined. Companies have already adapted, reducing their structures.

The newly created social classes are carrying a mentality that conflicts with their buying power.

Now is the time to start building.

In order to build on solid bases, it is important to have a very specific map.

Be able to answer questions like…

On what basis should we build?
How is this new context shaped?
How to analyze the local and international markets?
Which are the variables to consider?
What experiences serve as models?
What place should a company's human resources occupy?

…would help us define the organization in the context of this new "reality."

It is possible to understand who we say we are, both as individuals and as an organization, if we observe our current practices and historic traditions.

Experience and a global vision play fundamental roles.

  • The development of communications technology doesn't show any improvement in our interactions.

  • People are confused by uncertainty, frenzied, searching for answers in a past that does not help confront our worries at present.

  • Globalization, the fusion of cultures within organizations and the chance to interact with any part of the world demand the necessity to develop common language competencies, to coordinate actions regardless of cultural differences

We need a new focus to analyze human practices, for the successful design of teams.

Communication, always crucial in decision-making, is not the transmission of information.

We cannot accomplish the results we demand today just by using motivation.

We need effective, active competencies to emerge from compromise and personal responsibility.

OUR PROPOSAL
  • Provide a reference frame for "the new reality in today's Argentina" in the decisive levels of the organization, for the design of productive strategies.

  • Offer new competencies for effective communication and task coordination, applied to the strategic areas of the business.

  • Assist and accompany through different dynamics of intervention in projects, processes and improvement objectives.

OUR APPROACH

We interpret organization as a network of acknowledged compromises between human beings working together, the keeping of these agreements, their breaking and the subsequent compromises.

Compromised and competent language is fundamental in the life of "leader managers" and their organizations.

The identity and confidence of the organization is generated by keeping set promises and satisfying working conditions for its members.

Leaders are creators of passion by means of providing satisfying conditions for their teams and their clients.

The Human Being and the Way of Being in any culture are defined by shared judgements, statements made, affirmations provided as evidence and agreed upon, requests, promises and offers that are made and the achievement or rupture of such.

This language comes obvious to us within the model of thought that we've learned as human beings. We maintain that managerial communication proficiencies create high-performance teams and results, as shown in many organizations that are currently using them.

DYNAMICS OF INTERVENTION

"It's amazing how quickly and far we go, when actions are coordinated in the same direction."

What is Experiential Knowledge?

The dynamics of experiential knowledge involve a series of indoors or outdoors activities. These activities are meant for the teams to learn problem solving and action-coordination in a setting different from their work environment. In these workshops, teams can reflect and meditate on their capabilities and what they need to develop in order to reach the different objectives.

Teamwork and Teambuilding

In this fun and casual atmosphere, participants examine critical aspects of teamwork, action and communication.

General Objectives

  • Team Integration.

  • Improve communication and coordination skills.

  • Abilities and practices for Leadership and Teamwork for the achievement of visions, applied to projects or improvement processes

  • Increase motivation.

AIKI TRAINING

This is a program that combines a series of experiences, drawn from years of research and the practice of Aikido, adapted to organizations and daily situations.

A new way of looking on human relations and interpreting conflicts.

Knowledge has nothing to do with gathering information, but rather with our ability to act differently. That's why every topic we explore comes in the shape of an experience and not just a narrative.

This is a high-impact module designed for Leadership and Teamwork, based on the practical philosophy of Aikido, organization as a linguistic event and Organizational Coaching.

Aikido

Aikido, coming from Japan, is the most modern martial art. Created by O'S Sensei (Great Master) Ueshiba Morihei, AIKIDO is a journey of self-discovery and personal development. "AI" stands for Union, Harmony; "KI" is the Universal Energy; "DO" means Way, Path. Therefore, AIKIDO is the path toward harmony among all beings in the universe. This basic principle of harmonization and non-violence makes this Art into a form of personal development.

In AIKIDO there is no victory or defeat.

"The only true victory is the victory over the self "

O' Sensei Ueshiba Morihei

Objectives of Aiki Training

  • Observation and intervention of conditioned tendencies.

  • Interpret the Human Being as social, emotional and linguistic.

  • Improve coordination.

  • Development of Leadership and Teamwork skills for the fulfillment of visions, increasing results and the quality of life.

  • What does Aikido mean as an alternative for the Leaders of Change?

  • Aikido, the Art of Harmony. How do we harmonize aggression and daily pressure and not be overrun by them?

  • In nature, conflict is neither good or bad, it's just conflict. What is our response toward conflict?

  • What would happen if we had a different interpretation of conflict?

  • To remain centered is a quality of leadership. How do we stay centered when the circumstances are adverse?

  • Different areas within the same organization operate as forces in constant confrontation. How do we harmonize these forces to cooperate and coordinate their actions instead of reacting with confrontation?
