CADEC
Cadec S.A. was founded in 1920 by several main shareholders of Bunge & Born.
Originally its main activity was confined to grain exports bound for Europe.
Cadec S.A. later branched into financing, real estate and partnership in leader concerns. The company's reliability as agent and grain broker amongst other activities, determined its later development.
On September 1992 Cadec S.A. was transferred to Dr. Guillermo Carracedo, who was leaving the Bunge Group after serving as Executive Vice President and C.E.O. in Argentina.
Cadec S.A. soon developed a new profile, widening its field of action to the following areas:
