Since we have worked for large companies in the past, we are familiar with the tasks of a traditional consultant. In today's world, there's no time for theoretical solutions - furthermore, no one believes in them anymore.
Dr. Guillermo Carracedo, who is at the head of our team, was C.E.O. of the Bunge y Born Holding. His thirty-year career at the company, where he held many diverse positions, allowed him to examine the particular characteristics of the different players within the organization and the web of relationships that results from them.
Professional support is thus at the center of our job - we have first-hand experience with the inner workings of a company, since we have been "on the other side of the desk."
How will solutions arise if we remain unchanged? How can a company owner understand the need for change if he is emotionally attached to the traditional standards? How can a manager freely suggest reorganization when limited by such standards?

An academic degree is an essential component of every resume'. We know that young people now recognize the importance of a formal education. What is the coach's role?
To clarify this, we will use a metaphor involving the coach/athlete relationship. The active player, the athlete, may have trouble identifying why he couldn't sufficiently achieve an objective, whether that was reaching the finish line, scoring a goal or closing a business deal. If we establish that that person was fully committed to achieve the set goal from the start, we can assume that the active player is also fully convinced that he did his best.
What went wrong then? That's the starting point for the coach. Generally, when both the professional and intellectual faculties are sufficiently applied, and results are still poor, what might be missing are these intangible elements, these abstract attributes. These involve, among others, interpersonal relationships, emotional balance, stress, identity within a company and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
